Funeral arrangements are being made

Well, it has been a little over 48 hours since Maureen’s passing, and we are still in shock but trying to move forward.

At the moment we are in the process of making funeral arrangments and will post specifics as soon as they are solidified.

Thank you for all the outpouring of support,  and for her friends that have given us shelter from the storm during this difficult time.  Maureen always said her friends were gold and she cherished them and now we see why.

Kind Regards,

Shone Anstey

  1. Let me know how I can help. I live in Norfolk Virginia so I am 4 hours away and am sad I didn’t get up there to help I am still shocked and can’t believe she is gone.

  2. Dear Angela, Shone, Millie, and all of Maureen’s family & friends,
I send all my sympathy and condolences. Maureen Anstey was such a kind and encouraging friend; a brave person, full of faith in God, always bringing light to the world and bringing out goodness in other people; a proud and loving mother; and a remarkable champion of Israel. I am so sad that she has passed away. Please accept my condolences. Maureen’s light shines on.
    Love, Susan Lewis

  3. So saddened to hear the Maureen has gone home to Glory. I will always remember her beautiful smile, sparkling eyes, the sound of her laugh, her quiet depth of her commitment and her gratitude for the love and support of others. A remarkable woman of grace, dignity and beauty who left a mark on the hearts of so many.

God gave me a vision for Maureen years ago. He showed me a magnificent gold ring mounting; waiting for it’s perfect stone. The mounting was remarkable, it’s metal was hand struck, precious, pure, ancient gold. The style was stunningly simple yet bold and weighty. The prongs were strong, sharp and timeless… awaiting the perfect jewel. God said Maureen was His precious gem and that He had prepared just the right setting for her, that she would be set there in due time. She is there now, in God’s perfect setting. The one He had prepared for His precious jewel.

I am thankful he waited as long as He did. May He pour out abundance of peace and comfort for all who mourn. Amen.
